Chelsea is a registered athletic therapist, whose love of sports ultimately led her to pursue a career in the field of athletic therapy. Since graduating in 2016 from Catawba College in North Carolina, Chelsea worked with a wide range of athletes both in the clinic and on the field.

Chelsea’s own athletic journey involved many sports, with a special passion for lacrosse, rugby and skiing. Her dedication earned her a DII women’s lacrosse scholarship to North Carolina. She draws on her experiences and knowledge as a collegiate athlete to provide personalized care to her clients, helping them achieve their unique goals.

When not in the clinic, Chelsea loves staying active and exploring the North Island with her two dogs, Loki and Thor. Whether it’s hiking, backpacking, kayaking, or skiing, she is always on the move.

Recently, Chelsea has expanded her expertise to include women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor rehabilitation through exercise. She aims to offer exercise-based pelvic floor therapy to helping both women and men lead a more active and carefree lives.
